About this product

What's in Date Powder
Ground dates are used as a sweetener that brings the fruit's fibre and minerals with it, rather than sugar alone.
- Dates contain fibre, potassium and magnesium.
- The sweetness is still sugar — this is a swap, not a licence.
- Milling makes it dissolve where whole dates would not.
In the kitchen: Replace part of the sugar in pap, porridge or baking. Start with less than you think; it is sweeter by volume than granulated sugar.
