About this range
"Superfood" is a marketing word, not a scientific one. What these products actually have in common is that they are nutrient-dense for their weight and they keep well dried — which is why they travel, and why they are worth buying in bulk.
Each product page carries a short note on what that food contains and how to use it, written as composition rather than promises. Where a claim is genuinely contested, we say so.

- USDA FoodData Central Search any ingredient for its measured nutrient content.
- NIH Office of Dietary Supplements — fact sheets Plain-English summaries of what the research does and does not show.
- NIH — herbs and botanicals Covers moringa, turmeric, ginger, garlic and black seed among others.
This is food, not medicine. Everything above describes what these foods contain and how they are used in cooking. None of it is a claim that any product treats, prevents or cures anything, and none of it is a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition or taking medication.
