About this product
A herbal blend of moringa, graviola, hibiscus, fenugreek and cinnamon.
Cinnamon and fenugreek give it a warm, faintly sweet, slightly maple-ish character, with the hibiscus cutting through it for a tart finish. It is a comforting cup, and it works as well cooled over ice as it does hot.
No caffeine and no calories.
A note on graviola: it is a traditional ingredient and it is in this blend, but it is also one that some researchers have raised questions about when taken in large amounts over long periods. Drink it as a tea, not by the pot, and talk to your doctor if you plan to drink it every day for months.
Brewing: one bag in 250ml of just-boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Good hot or left to cool. Sweeten with honey or lemon if you like. 25 bags a box.
Store somewhere cool and dry, and reseal the inner bag after each use.
