About this product
Suya spice blended the way it is done at the roadside: roasted groundnut, dried pepper, ginger and the rest, ground fine enough to cling to meat.
Rub it on beef, chicken or fish before grilling, or scatter it over afterwards. It does good work on roast plantain too.
